From Munich Airport take suburban train S1 until Laim,  change to line S6 (directon Tutzing) and get off at Planegg.  The train takes about 60 minutes and leaves every 20 minutes, the one-way fare is about 10 Euro. More information can be found on the S Bahn München website.

For a taxiride from Munich Airport to ABF about 80 – 100 Euro are charged.
